This Wednesday just after noon, the non-commercial organization Perspektiva is holding their annual Path to a Career competition. Before a jury made up of business people, young specialists will give presentations and answer questions about their work qualifications, experience and career dreams. The prize — either a job or internship in one of Moscow's largest Russian or international companies.
What makes this contest different from other job fairs? All the contestants have some form of disability, which means that despite their qualifications they sometimes get overlooked on the job market.
